Creativity changes everything.

Not because it makes life easier,
but because it changes
the way we meet it.

It teaches us to look again.

To notice the color
we almost walked past.

To hear the question
beneath the noise.

To make something
from what seemed unusable.

A scrap.
A memory.
A mistake.
A difficult season.
An empty page.

Creativity does not require
that we know what we are doing.

It asks only
that we remain available.

That we follow the thread.

That we trust the small impulse
to move the brush,
write the line,
hum the melody,
plant the seed,
try another way.

Sometimes creativity becomes art.

Sometimes it becomes
a conversation.

A solution.

A boundary.

A new direction.

A life rearranged
around what matters.

It reminds us
that what exists
is not the only thing
that is possible.

There is always another mark.

Another word.

Another opening.

Another way
to begin.

And somewhere in that beginning,
we change too.

This is why
creativity changes everything.

Because once we remember
that we can create,

we begin to understand

that we are not only living
inside the world as it is—

we are participating
in what it becomes.
